hexeby make and publish this my last Will and Testament~.hereby revoking
all other Wills by me at any time hereto~ore made.

ITEM I
I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, .to pay all of my just
debts~ funeral and administration e~--penses, and any inheritance taxes
which may become due and payable~ as a first charqe ac~ainst my estate.
ITEM II

I give, devise and.bequeath to my Leloved wife, Amy E. Kleeman,
one-half of my~adjusted gross esLate, as defined in the United States In-
ternal Revenue Code, less~the value of any property of interest in property
that has passed, or may pass, frem me to my said wife, otherwise than under
this paragraph of my Will. but only to the extent that such property, or
interest in property, is included in my gross estate for Federal Estate Tax
purposes and is allowable as a marital deduction under the provisions of
the United States Internal Revenue Code.
I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever the seme may be
situated, to my beloved wife, Amy E. Kleeman, for and during the term of

her natural life, and upon the death of my said wife, all of the said
property shall pass and be paid over, in equal shares to my childre~:
