In the event any of my said children shoi~ld not bc living at that time, but
with issue surviving, I direct that such issue shall take in the place and
stead of their deceased parenL. Should any of my said children by not living
at that Lime, and without issue surviving, his or her share shall pass and
be paid, in equal shares~ to his or here brother or sisters.
ITEM III
I nominate and appoint my wife. Amy E. Kleeman, as Executrix
of this My Last Will and Testament, and direct that no bond be required
of her as such Executrix.
