CORRECTIVE
THIS QU~T-CLAIM DE~D, executed this Z~ day of November,
A. D., 1980, by
ISLAND PARTNERS, INC., a corporation existing under the
laws of Florida, and having its principal place of business
at 585 Northeast Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, Florida, 33494,
hereinafter called the First Party, to
NETTLES ISLAND, INC., a Condominium, whose postoffice
address is AIA, Route #2, Jensen Beach, Florida, 33457,
hereinafter called the Second Party:
WITNESSETH, That the said First Party, for and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said
Second Party, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
Second Party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said First Party has in and to~the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of St.-Lucie, State of Flarida,
to wit: -
See Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
THIS DEED IS BEING RE-RECORDED TO CORRECT THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION ON THAT DEED RECORDED IPi OFFICIAL RECORDS
BOOK 337 at PAGE 2280, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TO HAVE AND TO HOI,D the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the estate, right, title, interest,
lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said.First Party,
either in.law or equity, to the proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said Second Party forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said First Party has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto
