Garnishee, and the~Court having heard arguments by the Plain.tiff and
Garnishee on said Motion to Transfer Jurisdic~tion or Dismiss, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Motion to Transfer Jurisdiction filed
by counsel for the Garnishee, PZPER AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, is herewith
granted and this cause transferred to the jurisdiction of the Indian
River County Court, Indian River Co~ty, Florida.
