ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on December
22, 1980, upon the Motion of the former Wife, ALTAMESE SMITH, to find
the former Husband, POMPEY JOHN SMITH, in contempt, and having noted
jurisdiction over.the person of the former Husband, and having noted
the former Husband's failure to appear at the hearing of this cause,
having reviewed the record and having further heard discussion of Wife's
counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former Husband,~POMPEY JOHN
SMITH, is ordered and commanded to convey a satisfactory Quit-Claim
Deed to the former Wife relinquishing his interests in the marital
property at Lots 14 and 15, Block 16, Harmony Heights No. 4, according
to the Plat thereof, as.recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 71, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and is further directed
to pay the former ~Vife's attorneys the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
($300.00) for attorneys fees; the former Husband shall bring himself
in-full compliance with this order within 60-days from entry herewith
or, failing sante, shall present tiimself to show cause why he should not
then be incarcerated within the St. Lucie County Detention Facility
for a period of 60-days.
