1. That custody of Brian Marshall Roberts be tesnporarily giv~en to
the father, MAIIRI(~ ~L ROBER'I5.
2. Zt~at custody of Michelle Renee R+oberts be ta~~orily given to the
mother, SANDRA MARIE ROBERTS.
3. That teniparary custody is given with reasonable.rig~ts of visitatian
affarded to the nan-c:ustodial parent.
4. lhat each pa~y shall effectuate a~ atirosphere of oordiality for the
bettern~ent and w~ell-being of the children.
S. That the persanal property of the wife is hereby directed delivered to
her by the husband.
6. lhat the wife is hereby awarded te~ar~ry possession of the 1970 cadillac.
7. 1t1at the husband• is hereby a~rdrded ta~o~r~.y possession of the 1976 v~.
8. Zt~at the husband is hereby ordered to pay the sum of $35 each and every
week canrencing ~Yiday, Jarn~ary 9, 1981, directly to the wife by chedc said cancelled
chedc shall be the husband's receipt.
9. Transfer of the children's custody and the wife's persa~al property shauld
be effectuated as sooci as practically possible.
