according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 10, Page 72, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
on the following terms and conditions:

(c) Mortgage shall provide for right of prepayments in
full or in part without penalty at that time.
(d) There shall be no personal recourse on the Note.

Optionor at the following address:

on or before December 20, 1981. Closing shall take place on or
before January 20, 1982.
(g) Within fifteen (15) days from the execution of this

Option Agreement, Optionor shall furnish to Dptionee an abstract
~ of title showing good and marketable title in the Optionor. In
