organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America~ whose address is 1600 South Fed-
eral Highway~ City of Fort Pi.erce~ County of St. Lucie~ State of Florida. (herein "Lender").
WHEREAS~ Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND

by Borrower's note dated (herein "Note"), providing for monthly

the Declaration of Condomix~ium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 338, Page
1033, and any amendments thereto, of the~Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

~ unit serving said apartment and all fixtures and appliances located therein.
~ Mortgagor covenants that it and the association responsible.for the operation
~ of this condominium will observe all of the pravisions of the Declaration of
Condominium which above described. and of the Condominium Act, and will
perform their obligations under such Declaration and Act; and a failure to do
so which is not cured within 30 days after notice given by the mortgagee to
the mortgago~ and the association shall constitute a default under this
mortgage.
The PROMISSORY NOTE secured by this MORTGAGE contains renegotiable interest
rate provisions. The INTEREST RATE and MONTNLY PAYMENTS called for by said
Note are thus subject to adjustment.

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
ments, riqhts, appurten~nces~ rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights~ and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgaqe;

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right
