In monthly payments to be calculated accordi~g to a ten (10) year amortization schedule, with the first wch

account of said original note together with wch additional advances in a sum in excess of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-

nothing herein contained shall be considered as limiting the amounts that shall be secured hereby whe~ advanced to
protect the security or in accordance with covenants contained in the Mortgage.
(3) all of the covenants and obligations of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a wpplemental
agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to said note a~d
wpplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby incorporated herein as
fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida Statutes, in Official Record
Book~ 3$ , pages >> 5-> > 8 ', of the public records of ____ST_ LUC I E
County, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plurat and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter.
All rights and ot~ligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors,
administrators, wacessors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
