3. Each beneficiary hereunder sha11 be liable for his proportionate share
of ar~y taxes levfed on the total taxeable estate of the survivor of us by
reaaon of death of auch survivor. _
4. We reserve unto ourselvea the po~,rer and right during our lifetime (1)
to place a mortgage or other lien upon the property,(2) to colect arLy income
which may a~crue from the trust property ard to paq auch income to ourselves
as individuals.'~Je shall be exclusive]y entitled to all income accrueing from
the trust property during our lifetime, and no beneticiary named herein shall
have any claim upon ar~y such income and/or~profits distributed to us.
S.We reserve unto ouraelves the power arxi right during our lifetime to
amend or revoke in xhole or in part the trust hereby created without the
necessity of obtaining tha consent of ar~ beneficiary and without giving notice
to ar~y beneficiary. The sale or other diaposition by us oF the r~rhole or ar~y
p3rt of the p~operty held hereunder shall constitute.as to such Wt-ole or part
a revocation of this truat. ,
6. The death during our lifetime, or in a comm~on accident or disaster
with us, of all of the beneficiares desigaated hereuruier shall revoke such -
designation, and in the former event, Ne reserve the right to designate a
new beneficiary. ~hould Mre for ar~y reason fail to designate such new beneficiary
this trust shall terminate upon the death of the survivor of us and the trust
property shall revert to the estate of such survivor.
?. In the event of the physical or mental incapacity or deaLh of one of
us, the survivor shall continue as aole Trustee. In t,he event of the physical
or mental incapacity or death of e~e-e€-~s~-il~e the survivor, or if we both
shall die in a comaaon accident, we hereby nominate and appoint as Successor
Trustee hereunder the beneficiary named first above,unless such beneficiary
is legally in caFacitated, in Which ever.t we hereby nominate and appoint as
such Successor Trustee the beneficafary named second above.
6. This declaration of trust shall extend to ana be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of the wndersigned and upon the S
Succeasors to the Trusteea. ~

10. This Declaration of Truat ahall be construed and enforced i.~ accord-
ance with the laws of g the state of Florida. -
