BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Steven Pitiak, a
single adult, who, upon first being duly sworn did depose and say that he
is the owner of the above described property.
Affiant further states that on December 5, 1980 he executed a certain
Mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce for the
purpose of construction of a Triplex on the above described property.
Affiant further states that the above described property was vacant prior
to this date.
The Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee the above described real property
is not now nor has it ever been the homestead of the Mortgagor and that he
actually resides at: 76A Manchester Court, Freehold, NJ 07728.
