Re : Lots 8, 9 and 10 , Block D, of RIVERVIFW
MANOR, according to the plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 9, page 69, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
BEFORE ME, the"undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared MARVIN A. SAMMONS who, upon first being by me duly cautioned
and sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is married to Linda L. Sammons.
2. That he and the said Linda L. Sammons were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance from Albert J. Pierce and
Ruth E. Pierce, his wife, individually and as natural guardinas of
the estate of.Ruth Ellen Pierce, a minor, said warranty deed bearing
date of February 5, 1979 , and having been recorded in O. R.
Book 302 at page 2856 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the transaction which resulted in the execution
and delivery of the aforementioned deed was conducted at arm's
length, and that the consideration actually paid for the conveyance
was $ 3,200.00 .
4. That the real property described in said deed constituted
two unimproved lots and therefore w~s not the homestead of anyone.
5. That of his own personal knowledge, Albert J. Pierce
and Ruth E. Pierce, his wife, were the natural parents of Ruth Ellen
Pierce, a minor, at the time of said conveyance.
Further, Affiant sayeth not.
