'ASSIGNMENT
THIS ASSIGNMEDTT, made this ~~~ day of January,
1981, by and between A. L. NADDELL and EVIN R. WELCH,
Trustees, hereinafter called Assignors, and R. JAMES
ERSKINE, P. O. Box 5187, Poland, Ohio 44514, hereinafter
called Assignee,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Assignors are the Purchaser under a
certain Real Estate Agreement dated October 9, 1970,
recorded in 0. R. Book 189, Page 786, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records, as amended by Addendum dated
December 31, 1970, recorded in O. R. Book 189, Page 7g9,
St. Lucie County, Florida; public records, and as further
amended by instrument dated November 15, 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations
in hand paid, Assignors do hereby assign unto Assignee
all of their right, title and interest in and to said Real
Estate Agreement as amended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Assignors have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above
written.
