WARRANTY DEED O~
EARL L. NEWHOUSE and KAREN L. NEWHO'JSE, his wife, the Grantors,
in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tions received from PATRICK T. HUNTER, the Grantee, whose mailing address
is 512 California Avenue, Stuart, Florida, hereby on this 7th day of January,
1981, convey to the Grantee the real property located in St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, described as:
Lot 25, Block 768, Port St. Lucie Section 18, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 1~ and 17A through
17K, Publlc Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
SUBJECT to restrictions, reservations, limitation and easements
of record, if any; this reference to said restrictions shall not
operate to reimpose same; zoning ordinances affecting said
property.
