Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at !_ender's option withio twenty years from the date of this Mortgage. may make Futurc Advancas to Borrower. Such Future Advanca. with intercst thereon. shall be secured by this Mongage when evide~iced by promissory nota stating that said notes are securod hereby.
