Mortgage. may make Future Advanoes to Borrower. Such Future Advancxs, with interest thereo~. shall be securod by this
Mortg,age when evidenoed by promissory notes stating that said notes are socur~d hereby. At no time shall the pincipal
amou~t of the indebtodnas secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanoed in aooordanoe herewitb to protect the
