Upon acceleration unckr paragnph IS hereof or abar~donment of the PropeMy, Lende~ shall be er~titkd to have a
receiver appoin~ed by a oourt to enter upon. take poasession of and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
P~operty. including thoae past due. All rents rnllxted by the receiver shall be applied Brst to payment of t6e coats of
manageme~t of the Property and collcetion of rents. i~cluding, but not limitod to. raxiver's fees. premiums o~ roceiver's

21. Ftit~re Atta~tu. Upon request by Bormwer, Lender, at Lcnder's option withia twenty yeus from the date of this
Mortgage~ may make Future Advanoes to Borrower. Such Future Adva~ces, with iaterest tbereon. shall be securod by this
Moctgage when evideooed by promissory notes stating that said notes are socurod hereby. At no time'shall t6e principal
amount of d~e indebtedaess secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanood in aooordanoe herewith to protect the
