Assi~nme4t ot Rcatx Appoiatment of Recelve~. As additional security hereunder. All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the coats of managemeot of the Property and collection ot rents, including, but not limited to, teceiver's fees. premiums on rcceivei s bonds a~d reasonable atto~ney's foes, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The roceiver shall be liable to account only for lhose rents actually received. 21. Fnture Advsncea. Upon request by Borrower, 1_ender, at I_ender's option within twenty years from the date o[ this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with interest thercon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evide~cod by promissory notes stating that said notes arc socured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtodness securod by this Mongage, ~ot including sums advanced in acoordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgag~. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS. .. -----. .. .... 22 Release.
