Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Pmperty, Lender shall be entitlod to have a
receiver appointod by a ~~ourt to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
Property, includi~g those put due. All rents collectai by Ihe rcceiver shall be appliod fint to payment ot the costs of
