payment and cure by Borrower, this Mortgage and the obligations securcd hereby shall nmain in full force a~d elfect u if
no acceleration had occurred.

Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Pmperiy. L.ender shall be entitkd to have a

Property, i~cluding those past due. All rents collected by the roceiver shall be appliod 6rst to payment of the costs of

2l. Fot~re Advseces. Upon request by Borrower, I.ender, at I_ender's option within twenty yean from the date of this
Mo~tgage. may make Future Advances to Bormwer. Such Futua Advances, with interest thercon. shzll be secured by this
Mongage when evideucod by promissory notes stating that said notes arc socurod hercby. At no time s1u11 the principal
amount of the indebtodnesc socurod by this Mortgage. not including sums advanoed io acxordance her+ewith to prottet the

23. Attoroey's Fees. As used in this Mongage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fea, if any.
