D. , 1981, by SUSAN SCOTT, hereinaf ter called Grantor, to T. L. SLOAN, whose post of f ice address is: 1025 Orange Avpxiue, Fbrt Pierce, FL hereinafter called the Grantee: 33450 (Wherever used herein the terms °grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this in- strument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.) CAHOW'S SUBDIVISION for the point of beginning, and thence run North 88 feet, thence on an angle of 91°11' turned from South to West 44 feet, thence on an angle of 167°10' turned from East through South to West 28 feet, thence on an angle 169°10', turned from East through South to West 17.2 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe, thence on an agle of 160°22' turned from East through South to West 15.3 feet, thence on an angle of 134° turned from East to South 62.7 feet, thence on an angle of 90°1' turned from North to East 100.8 feet to the point of beginning. Together with the right to use the 12 foot driveway located North of and adjacent to said property in common with Frances Sullivan, her heirs and assigns. Together with all furniture, furnishings and equipment located therein.- Grantor herein certifies that the above-described property is not her homestead and that she has never resided on said property. - TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and enances thereto belonging or i-n anywise appertaining.
