STIPUI.ATION AND CONSENT OItDER
Comes now the parties, by and through their undersigned
attorneys. and in resolution of the matters raised in the ?~iotion
to Dismiss filed herein by the Defendant, OKEECHOBEE IvSURA.'~CE
AGENCY~ INC., do hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
1. This cause shall be transferred from Circuit Court to
County Court, and the County Court shall have _jurisdiction of
this cause up to a maximum of $5,000.00, exclusive of attorneys'
fees and costs, under and in accordance with the increased juris-
diction of County Court effective July 1, 1980.
2. The Plaintiff shall file an addendum to its Complaint
alleged
attaching copies of ~ written agreement or agreements between
the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
3. The Defendant shall have 20 days from the date of the
Consent Order which follows this Stipulation within which to file
its Answer to the Plaintiff's Complaint.
4. The terms and conditions of this Stipulation shall be
