This cause having come on before this Court on the fore-
going Stipulation of the parties. and the Court having con-
sidered said Stipulation and being otherwise duly advised in
the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the provisions of said Stipu-
lation shall be, and the same are hereby ratified, approved
and adopted by this Court, and the same are hereby incorporated
herein by reference as if fully set forth.
