STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the entry
of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the Def.endant set,
forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that the parties
were authorized to enter into such motion, and the Court findi~ng
that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full, just
and reasonable for all parties concerned, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, William E. Reuter
and Ethel Reuter, his wife, do have and recover of and from the
Plaintiff the sum of NINE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($9,000) in
full payment for the property (designated Parcel 115 herein) taken
and for damages resulting to the remainder if less than the entire
property was taken and for all other damages of any nature. It
is further, •
ORDERED that Ben L. Bryan, Jr., attorney for the above-named
Defendants, shall receive the sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($500) from the Plaintiff as a reasonable fee for services
rendered in this cause and SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($650) for costs; and it is
