WITHDRAWAL OF NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
COMES NOW the plaintiff, FT. PIERCE GAS CO., INC., a
Florida corporation, and hereby withdraws its Notice of
Lis Pendens filed in the above-styled action on May 18, 1977
and recorded in O. R. Book 268, Page 0852, Public Records~of
St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the real property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true copy of the faregoing
has been furnished by mail to JOHN MOORE and BERNADETTE M.
MOORE, his wife, 8181 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce,
