be levied and assessed against the praperty herein, subsequent to the dat~e hereof,
and agree that if the l~brtgagor shall fail to keep tlie property insured or to pay
any premi~ or pay ta~aes, assess-m~rts, or utilities, th~n i-he Irbrtgagee, if it
so elects, m-~y pay the same, and the a~r.xazt so paid shall be secured by this
Nbrtgage, and repaid with int~erest by the Nbrtgagor within fifteer- (15) days after
the reoeipt by Nbrtgag~r by written notive thereof. Failime to make such paymen~
shall be deened a ciefault of the Note secured hereby in this Nbrtgage.
A failure by the Nbrtgagors to mak~e payn~x-ts due ~~on the first Nbrtgage shall
