other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, convevs and confirms
to the party of the second oart, his heirs and assiqns forever,
the real property in ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, described as:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 1879 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
7, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 37A, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHFR with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments~and anpurtenances belonaina or in anvwise appertaininq to
that real nroperty.
TO HaL~E AND TO HOLD the same to the partv of the
second Dart, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the ~first part does convenant to and
with the party of the second part, his heirs and assians, that
in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this
conveyance, the orders of the above-named court and the laws of
