corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, paqes 2081
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. I.ucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledqed, hereby on this 18fh day of JuIY , 1980, releases
fzom the lien of that mortqage, the real property in that County described

and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, coaditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-

VILLAS OONDOMINIUM D, as recorded inOfficial Record Book
332, page 1436, and amendment theteto, recorded in Official
R,ecord Book 332, page 1501, all in St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaininq part of the
