mortgage executed by SAND OOLLAR YILl.AS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good.and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, re ipt of which is hereby acknawledged, hereby on
this ~day of , 1980, releases from the lien of that
mortgage, the real pr rty in that County described as:

and an undivided 1/47th share in those comnon elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar Villas Condominium D,
as recorded in Official Records Book 332, pagesi436 through
1500; and as amended in Official Records Book 332, pages 1501
through 1504, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
