WARRANTY DEED

TtiIS WARRnN'PY DEED, made and executed the 23rd day of December , 1980
by OCEAN HARBOUR OF NORTH BEACH DEVELOPI~NT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, herein-
after called Grantor to: THEODORE J. PAI.ASKE and JF.ANNE T. PAI.ASICE, his vife
whose post office address is: 1244 N.E. 119th Street, Biscayne Park, FL 33161 ~V~
hereinafter called Grantee. ~,

WITNESSETN:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and ~

y g granted, bargained, and sold to the Grantee and the
Grantee's heirs and assiqns forever, the following described real property, situate,
lyinq and being described in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
A Condominium parcel desiqnated as Unit No. 614 of OCEAN HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM
B, accordinq to the Declaration thereof, recorded September 11, 1980, in Official
Record Book 338, page 128'7, and Amendment thereto, recorded Septeaiber 16, 1980, in
in Official Record Book 338, page 2306, all in St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records.
TOGETHER_WITH all fixtures and appliances located therein, and
TOGETHER WITH all of its appurtenances accord~ng to said Declaration of Condominium,
including but not limited to an undivided 1/39 share in the ~~- elements thereof
and together with all the tenements, hereditaa-ents and appurtenances thereto belong-
inq or in anywise appertaininq.
This conveyance is made subject to the followinq:
l. Real estate taxes for the year 1980 and subsequent years, and applicable
zoning regulations and ordinances;
2. All of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations,
easements and liens set forth and contained in the Declaration of C~ndoainicm
and all instruments therein referred to;
3. All of the covenants, conditions, restrictions and easea~nts of record, if
~any, which may now affect the aforedescribed property;
4. Perpetual easement for encroachments now existing or hereafter existinq
caused by the settlement of improvements or caused by minor inaccuracies
in building or rebuildinq.
AND the ~rantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it is lawfully seized of
said land in fee simple; that it has right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land; that it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed'iii~.its name
