The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject ta the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
descri.bed above, ii~cluding the provisions of all of its exi~ibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisio~is; the Grantee acknowledyes at~d agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grant.~~e hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real proEx:rty described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grsntee
acknowledges and agrees tl~at said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Gra~tor and Crantee contain all of the warranti.^.s,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
