davits, and having taken into consideration all admitted facts,
finds that no triable issue of material fact exists and that
Plaintiffs are entitled to a judgment against Defendant, TWO &
THREE C02~A,VY, as a matter of law, and therefore, the mortgage
sued upon by the Plaintiffs in this cause canstitutes a valid
lien upon the property hereinafter described and the mortgage is
in default as alleged in the Complaint and in the Motion for
S tmimary Judgmen t .
4. That there is due the Plaintiffs upon the mortgage and
promissory note secured thereby which are the subject matter of
this cause the follvwing sums:
(a) Principal due on note and mortgage..... $273,320.87
(b)- Interest due from Jime S, 1980, to
January 6, 1981, at the rate o£

The above itemized sums are now due and owing to the Plaintiffs
and, in addition, such further sums as may be paid by the Plaintiffs
for court costs. plus interest at 9~% per annum from the date of
this A~ended S~ary Judgraent until paid, and any further sums
paid in connection with this suit.
5. The Plaintiffs have a lien to secure the payment of

6. That unless the Defendants, or either of them, shall
pay the Plaintiffs or their attorneys, the sums specified in
paragraph 4 and any other casts of this suit as mentioned in that
