Home My WebLink About0667paragraph, the Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice as required by Chapter 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, is directed to sell the mortgaged premises as described in para- graph 5 above to the highest and best bidder-for cash~ at public sale at the front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumb rances, rights, equities and interests of the-De- ~ fendants, and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, ~ through or under the Defendants. The time and date of such sale shall be February 18, 19~1, at 12:00 noon. 7. Plaintiffs may bid at the sale and if the P laintiffs are the successful bidder, they shall t~e entitled to credit on their bid up to the full amount due under this Amended SuLnmary Judgment of I'oreclosure. 3. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation be by the Cl~rk filing the certificate of title or by order of this Court ruling upon objections to such sale, the Clerk shall make distribution of the proceeds of such sale hy paying: (a) All costs and expenses of the proceedings subsequent to the entry of this Au~ended Summ~ary Judgment of Foreclosure, in- cluding the costs of pub lishing the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and the costs of state documentary stamvs affixed to the certificate of title. (b) The sum herein found to be due and owing to the Plaintiffs' attorneys, to the Plaintiffs the sums above provided plus interest thereon at the rate o~ 92% per annum from the date of this Judgment to the date of the sale, plus all costs of this proceeding incurred by Plaintiffs subsequent to the date of this Judgment. 9.
