sums, the Clerk shall first pay those amounts specificed by
subparagraph (a), then those amounts listed in order.of inention
in subparagraph (b) .
10. Upon the confirmation of the aforesaid sale, whether
by the Clerk filing the certificate of title herein, or by order
of the Court ruling upon objections to said sale, the Defendants
and any and all persons claiming by, through or under the Defen-
dants, or either of them, since the commence~.nent of this suit,
are forever barred and foreclosed of and from any equity of
redeuq~tion of any right, title, interest. claim or demand of any
kind or nature whatsoever, in and to the above described property,
and the purchaser at the aforesaid sale, his successors, repre-
sentatives or assigns, shall be let into possession of the premises
so conveyed.
11. That the Plaintiffs, prior to proceeding with the fore-
closure sale as set forth above and the Coimterclaim of the
Defendant TWO & THREE COI~ANY against the Plaintiffs still being
unresolved in this s uit, sha11 either post a surety bond in the
amount of $5,000.00 fro~ a duly licensed and recognized surety
company with the Clerk of the Circuit Court securing the Defendant
T[d0 & THREE COMPANY in the event it should obtain a judgment
against th~ Plaintiffs; or, in lieu Chereof, the Plaintiffs shall
deposit the sum of $S,OOO.OO into the trust account of Gilbert,
Orr & Sidaway, P. A. Said sum would be held in escrow as a surety
to secure the Defendant TWO & THREE CO?iPANY in the event its ~
Cotmterclaim against the Plaintiffs is successful and it obtains
a money judgment. In the event the Counterclaim is disposed
of and does not res ult in a judgment against the Plaintiffs.
the surety bond, if one be posted, or the cash funds on deposit
in the Gilbert, Orr & Sidaway, P. A. trust account, shall be
returned forthwith and released and shall be of no further force
