THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on the Stipulation
of counsel and the Court being fully advised, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court approves the Stipulation entered
into between counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants dated January 8, 1981
and the Amended Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial appended to the
Stipulation for Amendment is hereby accepted for filing without further
service and Plaintiff may obtain service on the newly joined Defendant,
LAWNWOOD MEDICAL CENTER in accordance with the requirements of law.
