under the mortgage or note referred to above.
- 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chan~e or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
~ mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the fieirs, personal represents-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the ONmer(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
__ ~ mortqaae and the maker(s) ~f:all promissory notes secured thereby. .
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or co~veya~ce of the mortgaged
property ~o the Owner(s).
