'hereby releases the original Obligors) from further obligations~or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
- 4. Except as specificalfy designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
t mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindirtg upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assiqns af the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqaae and the maker(s) of.all~promissory notes secured thereby. -
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
