~- WHEREAS, the Association owns and holds the original pro-

WHEREAS, said mortgage provides that•the Association may
declare all of thc sums sccured~ by s~-iicl mortgayc~ to be immedi-
ately due and payable if all or any E~art of the property or any
interest therein is sold or transferred without Association's
written consent; and

conveyed to the Owner(s) wtio wishes to o}~tain AGSOCiation's con-

a rate reguested by thc• Asseci.ati~n;
NOW, THERF•.FORE, in considerati~n of the covenants and
piomis~s contained hc~r~in ~~nd f~r oth~r qood and valuablc c~n-
sider~tions, it is hc~rc•by aqreed that the aforesaid documents
be modif ied as fc~l lows :

1. The undc~rsi~~ned Owner (s) hcrc~by expressly assumes
and agrees to pay the indebtedness represented by and due on
the aforesaid promissory note ~~nd mortyage and any modifica-
tion or correction thereof in accordance with the terms thereof
and as modified herein. It is ugre~c3 that the unpaid principal
balance of said indebtednc~~s as of ~~ t , 19 80 ,

2. The undersigned Owner(s) hereby agrees that the afore-
said indebtedness stated in Paragra~h 1 above is due according
to the terms and conditions of the aforesaid note and mortgage
and any modification thereof without de;ense nr offset and
further agrees t~ be liabl~ for said indebtedne~s as fully ~znd
to the same extent ~~s it thc Owncr(s) was thc original maker
there~n. In additi~n, thc~ Owner(s) ~iyrecs t-o pcrsonally per-
form and to fully abide by all the terms and conditions set
forth in said notc and rr,~rtgage and tt-:is agreement.
3. The Asseciation recognizes the Owner(s) as the new
Ohligor(s) on the subject ]~an, ap~roves rhe credit of same and
