under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothin~ here shall
constitute a chan~e or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of ~~hich are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindina u~on the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assic~ns of the parties.
6. 7he Owner(s) shall be bound to thc Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the (k~ner(s) wer2 Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqa~e and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7, The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said nrortctaqe is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaqed'
property to the Owner(s). '
