hereby releases the origlnal Obllgors) from further obliqations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chancie or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirn~ed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindin~ upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assiqns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqaae and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged ,•
property to the Owner(s). ~
