The Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee the above described
real property is not now nor has it ever been the homestead of
the mortgagor and that he actually resides at 1613 Thumb Point
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
By agreement of Mortgagor and Mortgagee on file with Mortgagee,
the within mortgage secures not~only an existing indebtedness,
but also ADVANCES to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor
the aggregate of which will equal the principal amount specified in
the promissor_y note secured hereby.
This is a corrective mortyage designed to correct an erroneous
legal description appearing in that certain mortgage dated 13th
day of November, 1980 and recorded in O.R. Book 343, page 1851,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and upon
which intangible tax has been paid as evidenced by receipt No. 135371.
