under which affiant receive title to the above described property by
warranty deed from MGLS, CORP., a Florida corporation, recorded
in O. R. Book 299 , page 2138 St. Lucie County, Florida. public records;

Burkey who joined with affiant in executing the mortgage to Firat Federal
Savings and Loan Asaociation of Fort Pierce recorded in O. R. Book 341,
