Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~ondominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached there~o. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of CondoTini~ and Exhibits att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Otmer's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~.~nder said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assur~:~s the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all r~arranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specificaZly Warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
