RECEIPT, ACKNOWLEDGMSNT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASER
~ Puretiaser, by acceptance and executlon of this Receipt~ acknowledges that this
f pur~hase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLACE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
` in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominiu~ in
• ~rhich his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
~ ited to (Nhether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re-
' ferred to therein)~ the By-LaWS of the Association, Arti~les of Incorporation,

` the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and~ all Amendments
to the aforesaid Deelaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
a' By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Of-ners
- Association; and Purchaser further acknoaledges receipt of and reading and
p examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
: plan, and acknarledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
~L Purchaser and.all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
j~ Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confir~s and approves
: all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits
~; attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confirms that~the
"• Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the
- Property O~mer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all Warranties, representations, and inducements~ if any, are as contained
~- in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and
- the common e~cpenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
r; other. charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically warranted or
~,` guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exbibits attached thereto.
