RECEIPT, ACKN01r1L.EDGMENT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASER ' ~ Purehaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknoaledges that this f purchase of a condomini~m unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect ~ in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to.the condominium in ~ Whieh his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto~ including but not lim- ~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re- °•~ ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, ` the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser~ and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, ~~' By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners Association; and Purchaser further acknarledges receipt of and reading and - a examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor . plan~ and aekna+ledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- ~~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property : and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. ~L Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- . ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and j= Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominitm and Exhibits i; attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~mer's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ~~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms that the " Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association ~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the F Property OWner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained 9~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attaehed thereto, and - the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner•s Association and ~~ other charges are estimated only.
