WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN

by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknoWledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, the following describ-

This eonveyance is sub~ect to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following: ~
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrfetions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
~natters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of

4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association,-Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation~ the provisions of Which documents run With the land. '
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association..
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Crantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person Whomsoever, laWfully claitoing by~
through or under Grantor; and Will defend same against the 1-awful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
