to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation~
~; By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrietions of the Property O~mers
- Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
~~ examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
. plan, and acknarledges that each and every prnvision oP the foregoing is essen-
~,~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the-Condominiu~ property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the ormers therein.
.~ Purohaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
~ Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
: all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiim and Exhibits
~~ attached thereto, and agrees that the asaessment under the Property Otimer's
: Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
~: able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictiona of the Property O~mer's Association
~ti has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
' ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the
` Property OWr-er's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
~~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
- the com~pon expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
rr other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or
f guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomfni~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
