This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
~atters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of

3. Tt,e Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
~1. The Articles of Incorporation, By-LaWS, and Declaration of Covenants and

non-profit corporation, the provisions of Which doctanents run with the land.
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Oti+ner's
Association,
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executor.s, administrators~ successors and assfgns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully ~rarrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person WhomsoQVer, tawfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Crantor.
