Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt~ ackno~tledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VII.LAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condomini~ as to the condomini~n in
Whieh his unit is iocated and Exhibits attactted thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re-
I ferred to Eherein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
! the Rules and Aegulations, copy of~pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
~ brochure and floor plan af apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and readfng and
exac~inatiori af said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan~ and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
ti~l, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
, and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
', Purchaser and all oWners of parcels in the aforedeseribed Condominium coven-
, ant and agree to abide by each and every provisioa of said Deciaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisfons of said Declaration of CondoTinie~ and Exhibits
att~ched thereto, and agrees Lhat the assessment under the Property OWr-er's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium pareel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~inder said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrfetions, and said Purehaser assEUr~~s the obligatfons as to the
Property Owner's Associ3tion as to his condomi~ium pareel. Purchaser confirms
that all xarranties, representations, and induc~ments, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Deelaration of Condominium and Exhibits attaehed thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Ormer's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
