', Purchaser and all oWners of parcels in the aforedeseribed Condominium coven- , ant and agree to abide by each and every provisioa of said Deciaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisfons of said Declaration of CondoTinie~ and Exhibits att~ched thereto, and agrees Lhat the assessment under the Property OWr-er's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium pareel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~inder said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrfetions, and said Purehaser assEUr~~s the obligatfons as to the Property Owner's Associ3tion as to his condomi~ium pareel. Purchaser confirms that all xarranties, representations, and induc~ments, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Deelaration of Condominium and Exhibits attaehed thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Ormer's Association and other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
