Purchaser, by aceeptance and execution of this Receipt~ acknoMrledges that this >
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect ~
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium in ,
Which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim- ti
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re- ~
ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation~ ~,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro3ected operating budget~ copy of sales ~~
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation~ ~
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~tners
Association; and Purchaser further aeknowledges receipt of and reading and ~
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor ~
plan, and acknoWledges that each and every provision of the foregoing,is essen- ~
tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property ~
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the oWners therein. ~~
Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- f
arit and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and ~
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confir~ns and approves ~
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~m and Exhibits ~
att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the ~
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owmer's Association t
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed ~
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ~
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the ~
Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms ,
that all warranties, representations; an~ inducements, if any, are as contained ~
in the afore~aid Declaration of Condomini~m and Exhibits attached thereto, and ..~
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and --
other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended ~
nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or ~
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto. ~
